Surfing Puerto Vallarta

Surfing in the Puerto Vallarta area during the spring and summer is limited to the south facing Punta De Mita. Located in Nayarit and Nuevo Vallarta, there are several great places to stay and surf. If you are traveling with the family that has some non-surfers then this could be a great compromise . With many resorts in the area to choose from, you could have surf in front of your room and plenty of activities for the non-surfers in the group. Check the surf spot page for a map of the spots in the area.

Surf Spots Orange County Ca.

There are many great surf spots in Orange County Ca. Starting from the south in San Clemente at the world class spot, Trestles. There is great camping and many places to stay along the coast that will give you easy access and make for a nice weekend road trip or vacation. We like to stay in the Newport Beach area so we can easily get to the many surf spots between there and Huntington Beach. If the surf is flat, take a cruise on the board walk or up to Hunting for a coldie. Don’t forget to hit the Big Belly Deli while in Newport Beach. Great food and great people.

This shot was take south of Huntington Beach pier.
